We aim at bringing fitness to the community in a fun, fresh and unique sport that is versatile, exciting and challenging. Our aim is to share our passion for dance, movement, strength and to explore and evolve with pole fitness as an emerging world sport.

Our instructors are professionally trained and we continuously update and enhance our training methods and curriculum. Our focus is on our students and the team. Our greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the joy of a student who has accomplished something that they thought they were incapable of.

We pride ourself on making this sport achievable to all fitness levels and capabilities with safe, professional and affordable training.

Beginners Pole

Curious about pole fitness, but never done it before? Then this class is for you!
In beginners pole we cover foundations of pole fitness: strength, flexibility and some cool pole tricks!
Wear something you feel comfortable in, shorts and a t-shirt are the best. You can wear shoes or go barefoot – it’s completely up to you.
Please avoid using moisturiser on the day you have a pole class, as it could make your skin slippery.

This class develops your dancing ability and personal style.
This class develops your dancing ability and personal style.
We do this by combining your Pole skills and creating flow and confidence. We work with what you can do and develop your performance and dance techniques.
Each week we will do a different routine to a different style/theme. This class will help you get your pole dance confidence, ability and help you learn to create your own routines.
Get involved in performance opportunities or just train for confidence. This class encourages the best in us without competition or pressure. Have fun, be challenged and feel confident.

Pole Practice times are available for students to come and practice at their own pace.
Come in and meet the Crew or just mingle and make some new friends that share the same interest and passion.
Pole Practice is $10 or FREE if you are currently enrolled in a course.

This class is the perfect extra to accompany your pole journey.
This class will help you take your pole skills to the next level and turn you into a master at making all combos look effortless, graceful and amazing. This class will also have lots of new combos.

Pole Fit Gym is a high-energy group fitness class with a vertical twist!
No matter what your fitness level is, you will get a challenging workout whilst having a great time. Pole Fit Gym is a unique workout session that combines cardio, strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling fit and wanting more.

Body Rock

If you want to improve your strength and pole stamina, this class if for you!
With a main focus on building strength you will see improvements in your upper body structure, core stability and leg movements.
We train and strengthen our other side! Body Rock is also a great way to keep your body developing evenly, and improving your strength and ability on your ‘bad side’.
We will also focus on pole stamina. We want to keep you on the pole for longer! This is a great training if you want to achieve multiple combo’s on the pole without having to come down to the floor or to complete whole routines without losing power.
What this class offers most is MIND POWER! You will be pushed to achieve things you didn’t think possible. What you believe, you can achieve!
We will observe your progression and record your achievements.
For best results, make sure you are consistent!

Beginners 1

Suitable for those with no prior experience. Learn our foundation level pole moves, including a variety of spins and a basic pole climb.

These classes focus on building strength and co-ordination for pole, as well as learning your first pole routine!

Beginners 2

You’ll learn more spins and static holds, as well as how to start linking them together. Students will also be prepping to invert (go upside down).
You will also learn a new dance routine!

Beginners 3


You’ll learn advanced spins and spin combos. We turn your world upside-down with Inversions and combine moves with aerial holds.
Our focus is on utilizing your strength to hold your moves and to be able to stay on the Pole for longer. You will be able to interconnect the moves that you have learnt, by the end of this course you will have the ability to free-style your own Pole combinations.
We learn Inverted tricks and dismounts in preparation for Intermediate 1.

Intermediate 1


If you’ve made it this far, we figure you’re addicted! In the Intermediate blocks you will learn a huge range of new gravity-defying holds, spins and tricks.
In this level you will learn more advanced spins (including one handed spins) and spin combinations, static pole holds and poses. We will work on inverted tricks and dismounts in preparation for Intermediate 2.

Intermediate 2

With over 120 unique pole moves across our Intermediate curriculum (and we’re still counting!), there is something for every pole dancer!

In this block we’ll be concentrating on inverts, including a variety of inverted holds and poses, as well as some more advanced spins.

To make a stronger and more versatile dancer, various entries and exits will be taught from moves learnt in previous blocks. We will work on using different levels for your tricks from floor all the way up to the ceiling.

Strong emphasis is placed on technique, including the muscle groups used and pivot/ contact points of the body as you learn to execute these tricks with poise and control

Intermediate 3

By the time you reach Intermediate 3 you will doing a range of inverted tricks and combinations while developing your own ability to freestyle.

Students will work on aerial moves and dead lifting, advanced aerial combinations, a variety of different pole mounts, and will be introduced to some more challenging floor work including shoulder balancing, rolls and handstand press ups/downs.

Students are encouraged to develop their ability to freestyle and link pole tricks together in their own style.

Aerial combinations will be much more demanding and emphasis will be on making the movements look effortless.

Advanced

Advanced Inversions, Tricks and combinations, this level will prepare students for competitions and professional performing.

Students will advance their techniques and training to hone their skills to the best levels of Pole Fitness.

Pole Power

This class focuses on strength based moves of a high difficulty level, predominantly those involving core and upper body strength.

You will increase your strength, build stamina and improve endurance as we combine core strength moves in various combinations.

We will also concentrate on correct technique required to execute power moves, such as the flag, handsprings and aerial shoulder mounts.

Private Lessons

Lessons are are customised to your level and what you want to learn. Privates are available as one-on-ones or small group lessons with up to 4 participants.

Although pole dancing itself is a fantastic workout, many students (and instructors too!) take part in personal training by our certified Instructors to help them reach their goals faster.
